PAM HIERA ROASTING MACHINE is one of our roasting ovens demanded by businesses before moving from medium size to the next step. It is the most preferred roasting machine, especially for those who want to take their nuts roasting production line to the next level. This model has two resting/humidity rooms, two roasting ovens, and one cooling room. As in our other belted and high-capacity roasting machines, this machine also has a brush and washing belt. The belt of our engine and the roasting temperature in the roasting rooms can be adjusted with a PLC panel, as in our other belted devices. Fuel options include Natural Gas, LPG, Diesel, Electricity, and Solid Fuel. Our products have TSE, CE, and CSA qualifications and competence certificates.
How to Work:

Z-Elevator transports nuts in manual or fully automatic lines to the salting stage. It passes through the optionally supplied vibrating sieve to remove excess dust and salt on them. At this stage, the product comes out of the salting machine after being sauced or salted for a certain period. Afterward, a Z-Elevator or PVC elevator transfers it to the roasting oven's raw nut hopper. Thirdly, the products pass through 2 roasting rooms; they give to the second resting room homogeneously and evenly roasted. Finally, the nuts, which are cooled in the cooling room, are discharged to the sieve or storage vehicle that you will add from the output section of the machine with the help of a belt. And the products are ready for the packaging stage.
